Bourbon-Maple Syrup

If you've never had this syrup before, it will magical, and you'll want more. A lot more.
Bourbon and maple syrup are both top shelf ingredients that have an extremely unique quality: they make everything taste better.
Amazing in coffee, cocktails, and desserts.
Here's the recipe
Ingredients
50 g bourbon
300 g pure maple syrup
Directions
- In a small saucepan, add bourbon and maple syrup.
- Stir until throughly incorporated.
- Turn the heat on medium-high and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 1 minute.
- Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes. This will evaporate most of the alcohol.
- Let the syrup cool and store in a container.
