Bourbon-Maple Syrup

If you've never had this syrup before, it will magical, and you'll want more. A lot more.

Bourbon and maple syrup are both top shelf ingredients that have an extremely unique quality: they make everything taste better.

Amazing in coffee, cocktails, and desserts.

Here's the recipe

Ingredients

50 g bourbon
300 g pure maple syrup

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, add bourbon and maple syrup.
  2. Stir until throughly incorporated.
  3. Turn the heat on medium-high and bring to a boil.
  4. Boil for 1 minute.
  5. Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes. This will evaporate most of the alcohol.
  6. Let the syrup cool and store in a container.
