Matcha on Nitro

Matcha. The new staple of Millennials and Gen Z.
Everyone loves the calming and energizing effects of matcha. The Japanese have been using this stuff for centuries; it’s packed with antioxidants and health benefits.
This matcha on nitro was one of the bolder creations at my coffeebar.
Here's a promo video we made for it:
For this you'll need to have an existing nitro line or kegerator setup, like this one.
We tapped matcha on smaller corny, since we were tight on space. Chances are, you wont need a a full 5 gallons keg worth.
Heres the recipe:
•Fill a Cambro container with 4 quarts of water.
•Dose 57 g of matcha in a separate large container
•Add matcha powder little by little and whisk in between.
•Ensure all matcha powder is dissolved and not clumped.
•Add the final matcha mix to the keg.
•Nitroginate.
Notes
• In a coffeeshop setting, we used 100% nitrogen gas for our cold brew and other rotating nitro drinks.
• Add as a standard, given that our demographic had a sweet tooth, we served this drink with 1oz of simple syrup as a standard.
