In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Arak, orange juice, and date syrup. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Slowly pour the grenadine over the back of a spoon so it sinks to the bottom, creating a sunset effect. Garnish with an orange wheel.
