Ingredients
- 2 oz Arak
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Date Syrup

- Grapefruit Peel
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Arak, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and date syrup. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, or a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit or lime peel.
