Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Arak
- 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Date Syrup
- 1 Egg White

- Lime Wheel
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker without ice, add the Arak, pomegranate juice, lime juice, date syrup, and egg white. Dry shake for about 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a lime wheel.
