.25 ozLaphroaig
.75 ozHoney-Ginger Syrup
.75 ozLemon Juice

Candied Ginger
Preparation

Add scotch, honey-ginger syrup and lemon juice into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Top with Laphroaig (or any Islay Scotch) Garnish with candied ginger.
